As early as I can remember, I've been obsessed with pandas.

Once I learned they could go extinct, it became my dream to go to China and save them. In 2012, I had the amazing opportunity to work as a giant panda ambassador and speak all over the world about conservation and, of course, protecting pandas.
I'm happy to report the pandas are off the endangered list, but the list of animals, ecosystems, and people who need saving are growing longer by the day. It is up to us to learn, care, and do something to help.
That is why I started Just Do Good Design Co.
I work best with people and organizations who:
Treat design as strategic, not just a deliverable.
Value thoughtful partnership, not a yes-designer.
Lead with purpose and communicate effectively.
How I show up as a designer:
I lead with strategy and ask questions early so we're not left with a surface-level, checked-the-box asset.
I know when to collaborate and explore, and when to dive in, design, and deliver 1 round of feedback work.
I respect your reality, balancing ambition with timelines, budgets, and internal constraints.
If this sounds like the kind of partnership you’re looking for, I’d love to hear about your work.
Share a bit about what you’re working on, and I’ll follow up to see if it feels like a good fit.
It took 10 years to get here.
Before starting my studio, I spent more than a decade working in-house as a designer across a range of industries. That experience taught me how organizations actually operate, the realities of collaboration, stakeholder input, shifting priorities, and limited resources.
Because of that, I approach design as a practical, collaborative process. I’m thoughtful about systems, usability, and longevity, and I aim to create work that teams can confidently use, maintain, and build on over time.
